Ingredients
4 servings
- 1 clove garlic ((minced))
- 4 teaspoons kecap ringan
- 1 -2 teaspoons chili oil ((optional; I used 2 teaspoons))
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon gula
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
- 14 -16 ounces firm tofu ((cut into bite-size cubes; 1 box))
- ½ small red onion ((julienned))
- ¼ cup daun ketumbar cincang
Steps

Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan bawang putih cincang, kecap asin, minyak cabai, minyak wijen, gula, dan lada putih. Campur sampai gula larut.

Tambahkan tahu potong dadu, bawang merah, dan daun ketumbar. Aduk perlahan hingga tercampur. Melayani! (Atau buat hingga 1 hari sebelumnya, dan biarkan dingin hingga siap disajikan.)
