About the Service

PanPal is a free, AI-powered recipe platform. We provide recipes, meal planning tools, shopping lists, and AI kitchen assistance. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Free Access

PanPal is free to use. We do not charge subscription fees, display advertisements, or require payment to access recipes. The platform is funded entirely by voluntary donations.

User Accounts

• You may create an account using Google or Facebook login.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit recipes or content to PanPal:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant PanPal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and modify your content on the platform.
• You confirm the content does not infringe on others' intellectual property.
• We may edit or remove content that violates our guidelines.

Recipe Content

• Recipes on PanPal come from various sources including scraped data, user submissions, and AI generation.
• All scraped recipes include attribution to original sources and authors.
• We rewrite recipe instructions to create derivative works while crediting originals.
• If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] for removal.

AI Features

• AI-generated content (recipes, meal plans, ingredient analysis) is provided as suggestions only.
• AI may produce inaccurate results. Always use your judgment when cooking.
• AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to service limitations.
• We are not liable for outcomes from following AI-generated cooking advice.

Donations

• Donations to Peterpan Corp are voluntary and tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.
• Donations are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days by contacting [email protected].

Disclaimers

• Allergies & dietary needs: While we provide dietary labels and AI filtering, we cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify ingredients if you have allergies or medical dietary requirements.
• Nutrition information: Nutrition estimates are approximate and should not replace professional dietary advice.
• Cost estimates: Recipe cost calculations are approximate based on average market prices.

Limitation of Liability

PanPal and Peterpan Corp are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or financial loss.

Content Removal

If you are a content creator and wish to have your recipes removed from PanPal, please contact [email protected]. We will process removal requests within 7 business days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PanPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
