Ingredients

1 tsp Black coffee
1 tbsp Powdered creamer
3/4 cup Full cream whole milk
1/2 cup Water
to taste Ice cubes
2 oz palm sugar (or dark brown sugar)
3.5 tbsp Water

Instructions

Palm sugar syrup: boil water and palm sugar until boiling, set aside.
Brew 1 full teaspoon of instant coffee with 100 ml boiling water. Once the coffee is ready, filter it and discard the grounds.
Add powdered creamer and liquid milk, mix well.
Pour the coffee milk into a serving glass, add 2 tablespoons of palm sugar syrup, add ice cubes to taste.
Iced milk coffee is ready to be served.
Palm sugar can also be replaced with Javanese sugar or brown sugar.
