Ingredients

2 servings
  • ¼ cup kale (optional )
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt (or sweetened, see note)
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 -2 teaspoons honey

Steps

  1. Place kale, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Serve immediately.
