  1. Rub the fish fillets with grated garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll and coat the fish fillets, including the bones, in the coating material.
  3. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked and brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat some oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, water and carrots. Cook the carrots until soft.
  5. Add salt, pepper, sugar, green onions and chili slices then stir well. Add cornstarch solution. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Arrange the gourami fish and fried fillets on a serving plate. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce on top. Serve immediately while warm.
  7. 1. Fry the fish in a wide pan, such as the Maspion Wok Clarita (See Lazada DISCOUNT) with a diameter of 35 cm, so that the shape of the gourami fish remains maintained, straight and beautiful. 2. Add chopped pineapple to the sweet and sour sauce to make it taste fresher. You can also add vinegar to the sauce, so that the sour taste is more pronounced.
