  2. Fry chicken until cooked, set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil then saute ground spices. Add laos, bay leaves, lemongrass leaves.
  4. Cook until fragrant, then add salt, sugar and mushroom stock. Stir well, let the spices cook and become fragrant.
  5. Combine the fried chicken with the spices, then cook until the spices are absorbed into the chicken. Ready to be served.
