Ingredients

4 servings
  • Four 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • garlic powder, salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup diced artichoke hearts
  • 3 tablespoons chardonnay
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.

  2. Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil, and sprinkle each fillet lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper

  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer, and air fry until cooked through: 7 to 9 minutes. If your salmon is thicker, it may take a couple more minutes.

  4. In a small saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients. Simmer until hot, about 5 minutes.

  5. Serve the salmon fillets topped with a couple spoonfuls of the sauce.
