Instructions
- Boil quail eggs until cooked, then peel and set aside.
- Saute the ground spices with onions, star anise, cloves, cardamom until the spices are cooked.
- Add tomatoes and spring onions.
- Add water, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce and quail eggs, cook until the water reduces slightly and is absorbed into the eggs. Serve.
- If you want a spicier stew, you can replace the pepper with chili. You can also add other ingredients such as tofu and potatoes to the quail egg stew.
