  1. Boil water in a pressure cooker. Add ribs and all ingredients except soy sauce, honey and butter. Cook for 15 minutes (after making a noise from the pressure cooker). Remove ribs and drain.
  2. Prepare a grill or brazier. Rub the ribs occasionally with butter, honey and soy sauce until fragrant and dark in color. Lift.
  3. Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
  4. If you don't have a brazier, you can grill it on a stove using a grill pan. Boil the ribs until the meat is really soft, meaning the meat almost/easily separates from the bone.
