- Boil water in a pressure cooker. Add ribs and all ingredients except soy sauce, honey and butter. Cook for 15 minutes (after making a noise from the pressure cooker). Remove ribs and drain.
- Prepare a grill or brazier. Rub the ribs occasionally with butter, honey and soy sauce until fragrant and dark in color. Lift.
- Ready to be served with complementary ingredients.
- If you don't have a brazier, you can grill it on a stove using a grill pan. Boil the ribs until the meat is really soft, meaning the meat almost/easily separates from the bone.
