Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix rice flour and sago until smooth.
  2. Add granulated sugar, cassava tape, grated coconut, instant yeast and baking powder. Stir well.
  3. Add the coconut water and coconut milk little by little while continuing to stir.
  4. Add salt. Stir well.
  5. Let the dough rest for 1 hour or until bubbles appear on the surface.
  6. Heat the apem mold. Pour the mixture until it is full then bake until cooked over low heat. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Make sure the yeast and baking powder used are still active or new, so that the apem cake can be perfectly porous. 2.
