Instructions

  1. Clean the fish scales and remove the gills. Coat the fish with lime juice and ½ teaspoon salt. Leave the fish for 15 minutes, then wash again until clean.
  2. Heat the oil. Fry the fish until cooked, dry and brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add tomatoes, red chilies, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water. Stir well and adjust the taste.
  5. Add the spring onions and cornstarch solution. Stir well and leave until it explodes. Turn off the heat.
  6. Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate. Drizzle the fish with sweet and sour sauce. Ready to be served.
  7. Fish can also be fried crispy with all-purpose flour.
