Instructions
- Clean the fish scales and remove the gills. Coat the fish with lime juice and ½ teaspoon salt. Leave the fish for 15 minutes, then wash again until clean.
- Heat the oil. Fry the fish until cooked, dry and brown. Remove and set aside.
- Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, red chilies, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water. Stir well and adjust the taste.
- Add the spring onions and cornstarch solution. Stir well and leave until it explodes. Turn off the heat.
- Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate. Drizzle the fish with sweet and sour sauce. Ready to be served.
- Fish can also be fried crispy with all-purpose flour.
