- Brush the crab's body, then wash it clean and boil briefly until it changes color, then set aside.
- Heat cooking oil and margarine. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the crushed shallots, garlic and chilies, cook until they change color.
- Add carrots, corn and water, cook until soft. Add the boiled crab, stir until evenly mixed.
- Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, soy sauce, ground pepper and lime juice, stir until evenly mixed.
- Check the taste, when it's just right, push the crab to the edge of the pan, then add the egg while continuing to stir until it becomes stringy.
- If the eggs are stringy, stir them evenly with the crab.
- Finally add the sliced red chilies and spring onions, stir again, then turn off the heat. Ready to be served warm.
- 1. Choose crabs that are still alive, so the meat tastes sweet and doesn't smell fishy. 2. Regarding the amount of spices, it depends on individual taste, you can add or subtract.
