  1. Wash the prawns, add salt and lime juice then let sit for 15 minutes. After that, rinse again.
  2. Saute the shallots, garlic, chilies, galangal and bay leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns, saute until they change color.
  4. Add the fried tempeh, stir well.
  5. Pour in water and add sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook until the water boils.
  6. Add long beans, stir well. Cook until the spices are absorbed and the long beans are cooked. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
