Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir to mix well.

  2. Heat up the sauce over low heat until it slightly thickens. The sauce is now ready to be used for Asian stir-fry dishes.
