Resep Cumi Goreng Tepung (Calamari)
Crispy fried squid is a popular dish at seafood restaurants, but you can easily make it at home. To prevent it from tasting fishy, rinse the squid with lemon juice first.

Instructions
- Squid that has been cut into rings, mix well with lime juice. Leave it for 10 minutes then wash it clean. Drain.
- Take 1/3 of the flour, add ice water until it is thick enough. Stir well.
- Coat the squid pieces one by one in the dry flour mixture. Dip into wet mixture. Roll again in the dry flour mixture. Pat off the remaining flour.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat. Fry until the flour layer changes color to brownish yellow.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce
- 1. To fry squid so that it is not tough, the frying time should not be long. So first heat the oil until it's really hot, then fry the squid. 2. When frying, don't put too much squid in the pan.
