Resep Ikan Mas Pindang
Flavorful and fresh spiced freshwater fish (ikan mas pindang) is a great choice for a fish dish, and it’s especially delicious served with warm rice.

Instructions
- Clean the goldfish, remove scales, gills and entrails, then cut according to taste. Wash clean again with running water.
- Coat the fish with lime juice, leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse until clean, drain.
- Cook the water until it boils, then add the bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal.
- Coarsely grind all the spice ingredients, put them in boiling water.
- Add the goldfish, season with salt, stock powder and ground pepper. Cook over low heat until cooked and absorbed.
- Add sweet soy sauce and whole red bird's eye chilies, cook until the chilies wilt, turn off the heat.
- Serve with lime juice.
- Choose fresh goldfish so that it is not fishy and does not smell like mud.
