Instructions

  1. In a container, mix ground beef, eggs, coconut milk, red chilies, ground spices, salt and brown sugar. Stir well. Test the taste by frying a little of the mixture then correct the taste. Divide into 6 parts.
  2. Take and stack 2 banana leaves. Put 1 lime leaf and bay leaf. Add 1 part of the meat mixture and whole cayenne pepper. Wrap the tum and secure with a stick/toothpick.
  3. Steam for 45 minutes until cooked. Lift.
  4. Ready to be served.
  5. Use meat that has fat to make it more savory and delicious.
