  1. Clean the gourami and remove the gills, dirt and fins. Wash the gourami and coat with lime juice and salt to taste. Leave it for 10 minutes then wash it clean again. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Turn off the heat then let it cool.
  3. In a container, mix the ground spices with sweet soy sauce and honey, then stir well.
  4. Take the fish and coat it with the spice mixture until evenly coated. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare a grill/grill. Grill the fish over hot coals for 30 minutes on both sides. Occasionally brush with margarine. Lift.
