  1. Clean the goldfish, remove the gills and dirt, cut them, wash them thoroughly. Cover with lime juice and salt, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse again until clean, drain.
  2. Heat the oil, saute the ground spices for a while until fragrant, but don't let them dry, then let cool.
  3. Spread the spices thinly on the surface of the carp and the inside until evenly distributed, leave for a few moments to absorb.
  4. Grill the goldfish with hot coals while turning them until they are half cooked.
  5. Mix the remaining spices with sweet soy sauce and lime juice. Rub it on the fish while grilling it until cooked.
  6. Serve grilled carp with chili sauce and fresh vegetables according to taste.
  7. Cover the goldfish with banana leaves at the beginning of the grilling so that the skin doesn't stick to the grilling tool.
