  1. Wash the meat clean, drain.
  2. Mix the meat with grated pineapple, stir briefly, immediately wash and drain.
  3. Saute ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant.
  4. Add sweet soy sauce to the edge of the pan, let the soy sauce bubble for a moment, stir well.
  5. Add the meat and paste, stir well.
  6. Add water little by little. Cook until the meat is tender and the spices are absorbed.
  7. Add sugar, salt, pepper and seasonings. Correct the taste.
  8. 1. Don't mix the meat with grated pineapple for too long (15 seconds is enough). If it's too long the meat can fall apart. 2. Dissolve the paste in warm water so that it doesn't clump.
