- In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and stir well.
- Put the sliced meat into the sauce dish. Stir until the meat and sauce are mixed evenly. Then let it sit for approximately 1/2 hour.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan then saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices, stir-fry until they change color.
- Add stock water, stir again.
- When the meat is almost cooked, add the bell pepper pieces and stir again until evenly mixed. Cook until the sauce reduces slightly. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- The bell pepper pieces must be added last so that the texture is not soggy and remains crunchy.
