  1. Use a pressure cooker to boil the tongue with deaf, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger and galangal for 20 minutes. Lift and drain. Skin the beef tongue until clean then slice thinly.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute the onions until soft.
  3. Add ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves and ginger. Saute again until fragrant.
  4. Add tomatoes, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. Pour in water. Add beef tongue and potatoes. Stir well and cook until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.
  6. Add broccoli and stir well. Correct the taste. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. According to the length of presto time with the level of tenderness of the tongue. If it's still not soft, you can add more time. 2. If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can boil the tongue as usual for a long time until tender.
