Resep Tongseng Sapi
Beef is a popular ingredient for special and delicious dishes, often prepared as satay, rendang, or jerky, but it can also be simmered in a flavorful broth like tongseng.

Instructions
- Boil the beef until the dirt comes out, discard the water and set the meat aside.
- Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
- Add the lime leaves, bay leaves, lemongrass and meat, then stir until evenly mixed.
- Pour in 1 liter of water, continue to cook until it boils and the meat is tender.
- Add thick coconut milk and soy sauce, stir and cook until boiling.
- Just before lifting, add the coarsely chopped cabbage and tomatoes. Close for a moment. Remove and serve immediately.
- 1. To make the meat tender faster, you can boil it first using a Vicenza Pressure Cooker VP 308/8L pressure cooker (See Lazada DISKON) which has a steam and heat pressure control system, so it is safe to use. 2. If you want it spicier, please add cayenne pepper to taste. You can also add cayenne pepper to the ground spices.
