  1. 1. Wash the soaked sticky rice again until clean. 2. Put the sticky rice and all the ingredients into the rice cooker. Stir well. Cook as usual until cooked. Lift.
  2. 1. Wash the soaked sticky rice again until clean. 2. In a pan, boil coconut milk, water, pandan leaves and salt until boiling. 3. Add the sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk. Cook until the coconut milk is completely absorbed. 4. Steam the sticky rice in a boiler/steamer until cooked. Lift.
  3. 1. Boil brown sugar, water and pandan leaves until everything dissolves like syrup. Remove then cool. 2. In a container, add brown sugar syrup, beaten eggs, coconut milk and rice flour. Stir until evenly mixed.
  4. 1. Prepare a baking sheet. Cover with banana leaves or plastic. Brush with a little oil. 2. Put the sticky rice into the baking dish and tamp until evenly mixed. Make sure the sticky rice is really solid. 3. Pour the sarikaya over the sticky rice while straining. Spread it evenly to cover the entire surface. 4. Prepare a steamer/steamer pan. Steam the baking dish for 40-45 minutes until the sarikaya layer solidifies. Remove and cool. 5. Cut into pieces and ready to serve.
  5. 1. To prevent your hands from getting sticky, use plastic or plastic gloves when flattening and compacting the sticky rice so it doesn't stick. 2. Make sure the sticky rice is really solid so that the sarikaya mixture doesn't seep into the sticky rice and mix. 3. Apart from using a baking sheet, sarikaya sticky rice can also be molded using a washing mold. 4. Don't forget to wrap the lid of the steamer pan with a clean napkin to avoid water vapor falling onto the sarikaya mixture. 5. Make sure the sarikaya sticky rice is completely cold before cutting.
