  1. Cut the tempeh and tofu into cubes, then soak in salted water. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, fry the tofu and tempeh until they change color. Drain.
  3. Saute the shallots and garlic. Add laos, bay leaves, large red chilies, large green chilies.
  4. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth, then add 25 ml of boiled water.
  5. Add the tofu and tempeh, fry again until all the spices are mixed well and absorbed. Check the taste, ready to serve.
  6. 1. Fried tofu and tempeh don't need to be too dry, just change color. 2. If the tofu is already salty, there is no need to add salt.
