- Cut the tempeh and tofu into cubes, then soak in salted water. Leave it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, fry the tofu and tempeh until they change color. Drain.
- Saute the shallots and garlic. Add laos, bay leaves, large red chilies, large green chilies.
- Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth, then add 25 ml of boiled water.
- Add the tofu and tempeh, fry again until all the spices are mixed well and absorbed. Check the taste, ready to serve.
- 1. Fried tofu and tempeh don't need to be too dry, just change color. 2. If the tofu is already salty, there is no need to add salt.
