  1. Prepare a pressure cooker. Add water, meat, 1 lemongrass stalk, 2 bay leaves, and 2 lime leaves. Cook for 20 minutes after the pan makes a sizzling sound. Leave it to warm. Remove the meat and cut it into pieces. Set aside.
  2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Pour in 300 ml of the broth from the boiled meat. Stir well.
  4. Add the meat, tofu, eggs, lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add coconut milk. Stir and cook until the spices are absorbed and thicken. Correct the taste. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. If you don't have a pressure cooker, cook the meat over low heat for approximately 1-2 hours.
