  1. 1. Grind the beef with ice cubes until smooth. 2. In a container, mix the ground beef with sago flour, fried garlic and shallots, egg white, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir well. 3. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. 4. Shape the meatballs into rounds using a spoon or the palm of your hand. Immediately plunge the meatballs into the boiling water. Wait for the meatballs to float and let them sit for a few minutes to continue cooking so they are cooked evenly. Lift and drain.
  2. 1. Heat oil. Saute the garlic and onion until soft. 2. Add black pepper. Continue to stir-fry until fragrant. 3. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and water. Stir well and cook until boiling. 4. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir well and leave until it explodes. Turn off the heat.
  3. 1. Take a skewer, then stick 4-5 meatballs into it. Do it until the end. 2. Dip/spread meatball satay with grilled sauce. 3. Prepare the grill/grill tools. Grill the meatballs while occasionally brushing with the remaining grilling sauce until they look dry. Lift. 4. Ready to serve.
  4. 1. Use really fresh, lean meat so that the texture of the meatballs is chewier. 2. If you don't have a special grilling tool, you can grill the meatballs in a flat non-stick/Teflon pan on a stove fire.
