Resep Sus Buah
Sus has a crispy, dry exterior and a soft, tender interior, making it a versatile ingredient that pairs well with both sweet and savory fillings like ragout, meat, or custard, as well as fresh fruits.

Instructions
- 1. Put water and butter into a pan, add sugar, then heat until boiling. Stir until smooth then turn off the heat. 2. Add flour, stir until smooth. Turn the heat back on, cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. 3. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and no longer sticks to the pan. Turn off the heat. 4. Let it cool, add the eggs one by one while stirring with a spatula until smooth. Mixer until the mixture is thick and shiny. 5. Prepare a piping bag, give it a star syringe, then add the mixture. Spray into a baking dish that has been smeared with margarine thinly. 6. Bake at 200 for 20 minutes, then reduce to 170 for 20 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 1. Dissolve cornstarch with some milk. Set aside. 2. Beat the egg yolk. Dilute with a little milk and cornstarch solution. Stir well. Set aside. 3. In a saucepan, boil the remaining milk and sugar until it boils. 4. Pour in the egg-cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil again until bubbling. Lift. 5. While still hot, add the butter and stir well. 6. Cover the surface of the vla with plastic wrap so that the vla doesn't harden (skinned). Let cool.
- 1. Split the eclairs into 2 parts. 2. Insert the vla into the plastic triangle. Spray over eclairs. 3. Top with pieces of fruit. 4. Ready to serve
- 1. So that the eclairs cook evenly, preheat the oven before using. 2. A good sauce is one that is empty inside. Stir the mixture as often as possible so that the eclair has a hole in the middle 3. The eclairs will crack if grilled at high heat, but the risk is that the inside of the eclairs will not be cooked and will still be wet. Therefore, as soon as the sus blooms, immediately reduce the heat slightly to medium temperature. Wait until it's cooked and don't open and close the oven door. 4. Fruit toppings can be adjusted to taste.
