Resep Sate Daging Sapi

Satay is traditionally made with chicken or goat, and while beef satay might resemble a flavorful steak with Indonesian spices, it’s a unique and sweet-savory experience. For extra tenderness, wrap the meat in papaya leaves before grilling.

Instructions

  1. In a container, mix all the soy sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cut beef and beef fat into small pieces.
  3. Mix the meat with ground spices, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, tamarind juice and salt. Stir well then let sit for 30 minutes for the flavors to absorb.
  4. Take a skewer. Skewer the meat and fat alternately. Arrange 4-5 pieces per stitch.
  5. Grill the satay until cooked, brushing occasionally with the remaining marinade. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served with soy sauce.
  7. 1. Insert pieces of fat into each skewer so that the satay doesn't burn easily when grilled. 2. Soy sauce can be replaced or added with peanut sauce, according to taste. 3. If you don't have a charcoal grill, satay can be grilled with Teflon, happy call, or skillset.
