  3. Add white rice and all other spices, stir quickly until everything is evenly distributed on the pan. Cook over high heat so that the fried rice is perfectly cooked and fragrant.
  4. Adjust the taste.
  5. Just before lifting, add the fried anchovies, stir well.
  6. Serve warm with accompaniments.
  7. Rinse the anchovies with water, drain until dry, then fry in hot oil over medium heat, stir so that they cook evenly, drain.
