  1. Heat oil, saute shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add green chilies, cayenne pepper, ginger, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves. Saute until all the spices start to cook.
  3. Add green tomatoes, sauté briefly until wilted.
  4. Add salted squid, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce then stir-fry until everything is mixed.
  5. Add water and salt, cook until the water reduces then adjust the taste.
  6. Arrange the salted green chili squid onto a plate. Green chili salted squid is ready to be served.
  7. 1. If using dry salted squid, soak it until soft before cooking. Squeeze the squid, then rinse thoroughly with water. 2. Cook the ingredients in an Oxone OX-30F Frypan (See Lazada DISCOUNT). Apart from being non-stick because it is coated with marble, this frying pan is also very large, namely 30 cm. With a deep enough basin, you can cook salted squid without fear of spilling.
