  1. Heat the oil then saute the ground spices until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
  2. Crack the eggs and then scramble them (in the same pan).
  3. Add shredded chicken, mustard greens, cabbage and tomatoes. Stir well.
  4. Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and stock. Stir well and cook until boiling.
  5. Add vermicelli, spring onions and celery. Stir well and cook briefly. Correct the taste. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. 1. Rice vermicelli can be replaced with corn vermicelli according to taste. 2.
