Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces then boil until cooked.
  2. Heat some oil. Saute the ground spices until cooked and fragrant.
  3. Add galangal, bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves. Stir and saute until the leaves wilt.
  4. Add the meat, palm sugar, tamarind juice, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, water and salt. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens. Lift.
  5. Ready to be served.
