Instructions

  1. Heat oil, saute garlic, onions and shrimp paste until fragrant. Set aside to the edge of the pan.
  2. Pour in the eggs, stir well until they become scrambled.
  3. Add red chilies and green chilies. Mix well.
  4. Add white rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, granulated sugar and ground pepper. Stir until smooth and cook until done. Adjust the taste.
  5. Just before lifting, add the spring onions. Stir briefly.
  6. Remove and serve warm immediately.
  7. If you want the color of the fried rice to be more brownish, you can add sweet soy sauce.
