Resep Ketan Serundeng

Instructions
- Clean the soaked sticky rice.
- In a saucepan, add sticky rice, coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the coconut milk is finished.
- Transfer the sticky rice to a steamer/boiler pan, then steam for 30 minutes until cooked. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat some oil. Saute the serundeng ground spices until fragrant.
- Add grated coconut and stir well.
- Season with granulated sugar. Stir well and cook until the coconut is dry. Turn off the heat.
- Serve: Take the sticky rice and roll it into balls. Top with coconut serundeng.
- Choose pure white grated coconut, grated without the brown epidermis.
