  1. In a container, beat/mix the eggs and granulated sugar until thick at high speed.
  2. Reduce the speed to lowest. Add rice flour, salt and vanilla alternately with margarine and coconut milk. Beat until smooth.
  3. Heat the mold on the stove. Use medium-low heat and wait a moment until it heats evenly.
  4. Pour a spoonful of vegetable mixture in the center of the mold. Close the mold, turn it over, and wait a few moments. Turn the mold over and check the cake. If it is dry and brownish, remove the cake.
  5. While warm, roll up the cake and tidy it up, then set aside. Continue cooking and repeat this step until the mixture is finished.
  6. Ready to serve or store in an airtight container.
