  1. Heat oil, add margarine, stir until melted. Add onions and ground spices, saute until fragrant.
  2. Add the prawns and squid, stir until they turn reddish, set aside on the side of the pan.
  3. Add the spring onions and eggs, scramble until cooked, then mix together with the shrimp and squid.
  4. Add rice, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, tomato sauce, pepper and stock powder. Stir everything until evenly mixed and cooked. Lift.
  5. Serve with accompaniments.
  6. Use medium low heat so that the rice doesn't burn easily and serve the fried rice immediately after it is cooked.
