- Coat the fish with lime juice. Leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Set aside.
- Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
- Pour in the fine ingredients. Stir well.
- Add sliced shallots and fried garlic, tomato sauce and chili sauce. Stir well.
- Season with salt and brown sugar. Stir well and cook until fragrant and cooked. Turn off the heat.
- Arrange the salmon in an aluminum container or small saucepan. Pour the sauce on top and spread evenly.
- Place the container/pan of fish in a pressure cooker that has been filled with water up to ½ the height of the pan. Cook for 1 hour until the fish is tender down to the bones. Lift.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. If you want it spicier, you can use curly red chilies in the amount according to your taste. 2. For variation, you can serve the fish fried and separately with the sauce.
