  1. Brush the crab clean then remove the shell. Split into 2 parts and boil until it turns red. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat margarine. Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add all the sauce ingredients. Add water then stir well. Cook until boiling.
  4. Add the crab, stir until the spices are evenly distributed. Correct the taste.
  5. Add the spring onions and cornstarch solution. Stir well and cook until the spices are absorbed. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. 1. Buy fresh, live crabs. Ask the seller to tie the claws with a string so they are easy to take home. 2. Pierce the middle of the crab's body with a knife so that the crab dies. Just remove the rope. Remove the shell from the crab's body then split the body into 2 parts. Clean the body using a small kitchen brush. 3. Don't boil the crabs for too long, just 7-10 minutes until the crabs turn red. 4.
