After baking, the cake is drizzled with sweet white milk and chilled before serving. It’s best enjoyed cold after being refrigerated for a while, with a slightly moist appearance.

Instructions
- Beat the butter and sugar using a mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
- Add vanilla (mixer still on).
- Add the eggs one by one while lowering the mixer speed.
- Add the flour, salt and baking powder while sifting into the mixture. Mix well with a mixer.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish that has been greased and sprinkled with flour.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180ºC. Remove from oven. Prick the cake with a fork all over the surface and let the cake cool.
- In a container, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Remove the cooled cake from the pan. Pour the pouring ingredients evenly over the cake.
- Top with whipped cream and fruit.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Liquid whipping can be replaced with powdered whipped cream. Follow the instructions for making whipped cream on the back of the packaging. 2. Fresh fruit toppings can be replaced with canned fruit according to taste.
