- Mix all the green dough ingredients, stir using a whisker slowly.
- Strain the green mixture until there are no lumps left.
- Pour into the pudding mold, then steam over medium to low heat for 20 minutes.
- While steaming the green dough, we prepare the white dough.
- Mix all the white mixture, stir until everything is combined.
- When it's been 20 minutes, open the steamer and slowly pour in the white mixture.
- When it is all filled, cover the steamer and steam again for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold, it's more delicious.
