  1. Wash the fish until clean then cut the body. Cover with lime juice. Leave it for a moment then rinse until clean.
  2. Coat the fish with the ground spices. Leave it for the flavors to infuse for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan or non-stick grill pan. Grill or broil the fish until cooked, brushing it several times with the marinade. Do the same for both sides of the fish's body. Lift.
  4. Ready to be served.
  5. 1. Use low heat so that the fish cooks evenly inside. 2. You can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the marinade to make the fish taste sweeter.  3. If you don't have a special place to grill, you can also use a flat non-stick frying pan or grilling pan, such as the Maxim Teflon Square Grill (See Lazada DISCOUNT). This grilling pan is coated with 3 layers of Teflon Xtra which is PFOA free and safe to use. The slightly wavy design of the grilling pan also makes the fish less oily.
