Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted. 2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce and pepper. Stir well. 3. Add the chicken. Stir well and cook until it changes color. 4. Pour in water. Add stock powder, sugar and salt. Stir well. Cook until cooked and the spices are absorbed. Lift. 5. Ready to use.
  2. 1. In a container, combine all ingredients (except dumpling skin) and stir until smooth. 2. Take a piece of wonton skin, fill it with 1 tsp of dough. Close and tape. 3. Boil water in a pan. Boil 4 dumplings until they float. Lift and drain. 4. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. Fry 4 dumplings over low heat until golden brown. Lift and drain. 5. Ready to use.
  3. 1. In a pan, mix all the ingredients and boil until boiling. Correct the taste. Turn off the heat. 2. Ready to use.
  4. 1. In a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon chicken/onion oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, and fried onions. Stir well. 2. Add wet noodles and caisin. Stir well until mixed with the spices. 3. Top with stir-fried chicken, meatballs, wet dumplings and fried dumplings. 4. Sprinkle with spring onions and fried onions. 5. Drizzle with sauce. 6. Ready to serve.
