- 1. Heat the oil over medium heat, then saute the garlic until it starts to wilt. Add ginger, stir-fry again until the spices are fragrant. 2. Add the chicken and stir until it changes color. 3. Add sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir the brown color evenly throughout the minced meat. 4. Add water, salt and ground pepper, stir until the spices are evenly distributed. Cover the pan and let it soak. 5. Just before lifting, add one tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir well. 6. Remove and set aside.
- 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the chicken bones and boil until the broth comes out. Then, remove the bones and remove the foam that appears on the surface of the stew. 2. Heat the oil over medium heat, then the garlic until fragrant. Lift. 3. Put the stir-fry into the boiling chicken stock. Add meatballs. Allow it to boil. 4. Add salt, sugar, pepper and spring onions. Correct the taste. 5. Remove and set aside.
- 1. Prepare a steamer pan, add water, and heat the steamer pan until it boils. 2. Prepare a heat-resistant bowl. Take and arrange the stir-fried chicken at the bottom of the bowl. 3. Next, fill the bowl with rice. 4. Steam for 40 minutes until the rice is cooked. 5. Ready to be served with sauce.
- 1. Stir-fried chicken can be added with other ingredients according to taste such as button mushrooms. 2. To make it more beautiful, you can also add salted egg. Take 1/2 piece of salted egg then put it in the bottom of a bowl before adding to the stir-fry chicken.
