Instructions
- Combine all ingredients A, then stir with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 10 minutes or until it rises (the dough rises more than before).
- Beat both ingredients B until foamy using a mixer.
- Sift flour, vanilla and baking powder. Mix all ingredients C together.
- Add all the mixture of ingredients C little by little into ingredients B. Mix well with a spatula.
- Check Ingredient A whether it has risen if it has deflated by stirring the mixture well.
- Mix everything together at low speed until just mixed together.
- Heat the pinch cake mold then cook the mixture. Cook covered until 1/2 cooked.
- Put the sauce on top, cook again until cooked or according to the desired level of doneness.
- 1. Make sure the yeast is in good condition so that the starter dough rises well. 2. Stir every time you want to pour the mixture into the mold. 3. Use low heat and use a skewer to lift the pinch cake. 4. The texture of the Biang dough is neither runny nor thick. 5.
