1 bunch Spinach, chopped and washed
1 piece Sweet corn, cut into pieces
2 cloves Shallots, sliced
1 inch Lock meeting, bruising
1 pieces Red tomato, split lengthwise
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
3 cups Water

Instructions

Boil water in a pan.
Add the shallots and key together. Boil until fragrant.
Add corn, cook until corn is soft.
Add tomatoes, salt and sugar. Let it boil.
Add spinach and cook until cooked.
Ready to be served.
