Resep Beef Steak Tenderloin Blackpepper Sauce
This special beef dish is quite popular and features deliciously tender, roasted beef with a tempting flavor – especially when served with black pepper sauce.

- 1. Slice the meat into 2 pieces about 2 cm thick, weighing 200 grams each. 2. Prepare a transparent plastic bag, put the meat and grated pineapple in it. Lock or knot the end of the plastic then shake the plastic until all parts of the meat are coated with pineapple. Cover tightly in plastic then place in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. 3. Remove the flesh from the plastic, wash thoroughly using running water until there is no trace of pineapple. Set aside. 4. In one container, combine all the ingredients for the meat marinade then stir well. 5. Put the meat in and coat all parts of the meat with the marinade. 6. Use a fork or the tip of a knife to poke the surface of the meat so that the spices penetrate. 7. Close the container tightly and put it in the refrigerator (chiller section) for at least 4 hours. 8. Remove the meat and drain from the marinade. Set aside the marinade to make the sauce later. 9. Heat a flat frying pan on the stove until really hot. Add margarine. 10. Place the pieces of meat and cook over low heat until one side is roasted and turns brown. Flip the meat and cook the other side until cooked. Lift and drain.

It is best to use a thick, non-stick flat pan. The thicker the pan, the better the cooked steak will be because the heat will be stable and even. 4. To prevent the margarine (which is not covered by the steak) from burning, move the steak around while cooking until it touches the entire surface of the pan. 5. First check the bottom surface of the steak, whether it is completely cooked and browned, before turning it over. The level of doneness of this steak can be adjusted to taste. 6. Use hash browns to make it softer and quicker to cook. 7. The easiest and most practical way to grill steak is to use a flat pan. Well, the key to a perfect grill is a hot pan.
