  4. Add 400 ml water, season with salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce and tamarind juice. Cook until the water reduces, then add the remaining water.
  5. Cook until the water reduces then add the whole bird's eye chilies. Continue cooking until the water is gone, the meat is cooked, tender, and the spices are absorbed. Serve.
