Resep Vla Puding Buah

Instructions

1. Layer 1: In a cooking pan agar powder with water, sugar and salt. Cook until all ingredients dissolve and boil. Turn off the heat, let the hot steam dissipate. Arrange the cut fruit in the mold. Then pour it slowly, don't fill it until it's full.
2. Layer 2: In a cooking pan, mix the color powder with water, sugar and salt. Add milk, stir until all ingredients dissolve. Cook until boiling. Leave to let the hot steam dissipate then pour into the mold above layer 1. Store the pudding in the refrigerator.
3. Mix all the VLA ingredients together except the egg yolk and cook over low heat until the edges of the pan look bubbly. Pay attention not to let it look thick, because when it starts to cool it will thicken more.
4. Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable vla mixture, shake it with the egg yolk then combine it, stir the vla mixture slowly. Cook until it looks slightly thickened. Remove and let sit until the heat disappears. Serve as a topping for pudding.
5. 1. Use medium heat and always stir the vla mixture slowly so that it doesn't clump. 2. Don't wait too long for the pudding to set or don't pause too long between layer 1 and the next layer so that the two can combine.
