  1. Mix the bananas, flour, granulated sugar and coconut milk little by little until they dissolve in a container.
  2. Put the mixture into the mold, steam in a hot steamer for 15 minutes or a half.
  3. While steaming, make the top layer. The method is to mix wheat flour, granulated sugar, tapioca flour and coconut milk little by little. Stir until everything is dissolved. Then add green coloring, salt and vanilla powder.
  4. Lift the bottom dough mold, then remove the hot steam. After that, pour the top layer. Steam again for 15-20 minutes.
  5. If it's all cooked, remove from heat then wait to cool until the hot steam disappears.
  6. Remove it from the mold using a stick. Serve.
  7. The container is smeared with enough oil so that it doesn't stick, the cake is easy to remove.
